Client Review Committee

A standing Client Program Review Committee, which comprises the five senior executives of the firm, regularly evaluates the effectiveness of each ongoing program as measured against the initial plan and the client's expectations. Its purpose is to ensure that every Stanton Communications project and long-term program is operating efficiently and effectively as measured against its goals.

In practice, the committee does three things. It looks closely at strategies established for measuring effectiveness, and adjusts these if needed.  It makes corrections in the direction of a program if changing circumstances call for an altered and sometimes refocused approach. It also recommends program enhancements and expansion when these appear to be needed.

In most cases, the committee operates in the background without reporting its work to clients, but it does submit formal recommendations when significant changes in program direction are indicated.
